Rick Stallings has worked more than 35 years as a trusted business advisor to a diverse group of organizations. The time spent with high net worth individuals to the U S Olympic Festival to not for profit organizations in multiple states has built a solid foundation for helping business owners increase the value of their enterprise. He brings cross functional expertise in operations, information technology, human resources, product costing, manufacturing, distribution, risk management, retirement plan administration, treasury functions, and leadership development.
Rick has solidified his role as a trusted advisor through his role on several executive teams that were responsible for the strategic plan / vision, performing the due diligence on a number of acquisitions and the subsequent integration of personnel and policies, implementing ERP systems to increase efficiency, improve the accuracy and timeliness of reporting which leads to better faster decisions.
Born and raised in Durham, NC Rick received his degree in Business Administration from UNC-Chapel Hill and began his career with the NC Department of State Auditor. He followed that with positions in public accounting working in local firms where he received is CPA certificate in 1981. This is where he learned the value of customer service and delivering on what you promise. From there he moved to industry spending time working with high net worth entrepreneurs and then to the US Olympic Festival as head of finance and administration. Since then his time has been spent with a sporting goods retailer, a professional membership association and a large not for profit providing jobs for people who are legally blind.
